^ That doesn't happen with tables, DOUCHE.
Don't be questioning my producing/mastering skills. Class is in session at http://www.fnk.ca/board/showthread.php?t=89290 |

you're right, decypher.. I can't afford tables due to the fact that I'm just beginning work and have to dish out cash for rent/food/concubines/etc. so I'm going to start producing my own tracks for the hell of it. Who knows, maybe I'll bust out some fat music over the next few months, or maybe I'll resort to trance. Yeah, I said it.

Wa dude, you are a douche. I say use whatever gets the job done no exception.
Sorry to hijack your thread tiedye but I would recommend any samples from the Native Instruments library, they are top notch and all sound very crisp. Quote:

Fruityloops samplepacks?
any wave packs work fine, but what I really like to do is use soundfonts. Chop up a breakbeat in Recycle, or any other beatslicer, and have each midi note = a different drum. There's a ReFill out there called Jungle Warfare... its all REX files and othe stuff made proprietary to propellorhead software (FU P-hedz), but I'm sure it can be converted. |

I usually shut the hell up when I see what morons write on here... but seriously who the hell put you on a pedestal technix.. I really hope you realize how much of a douche you really are after reading a few of your posts. That's just a horrible negative and condescending attitude, I hope you change your manor and it takes you out of your mom’s basement one of these days. Just because you know how to use a peak analysis tool, doesn’t mean you’re the shit. If your such a bigshot learn some industry standards and then come back and tell me "why" adobe audition or cakewalk/plasma isn't being used in the majority of professional environments. Use your ears not the lines on the screen.
On a side note, Best Services, East West and Illio all have top notch libraries available in Akai, Intakt/Kontakt/Kompakt, and Giga Format. good call on the resurgence of the word douche, it was needed. ;) Last edited by Skyles; Jan 06, 06 at 03:53 PM. |

I'm sorry, but for the sake of argument didn't decypher take the first shot at technix? I didn't think it was really necessary to call him a douche...
as for samplebanks... east/west (adrenaline drums, vapor), spectrasonics (stylus rmx, trilogy), and native instrument (battery, kontakt) programs are all solid... rytalin mention REX samples too, which are great for putting extra layers to your beats after your initial beats are made... edit: I'm thinking in vsts though... and I don't use FL Studio, so sorry if that doesn't really help all that much... |
