I've got a real MS-20 at home, we use the midi to cv converter and sequencer from a Future Retro 777 to control it.

I've used the software simulator as well, and honestly it can't compare. The filters on the original MS-20 are beautiful, and the sound blows the software versions analogue modeling algorithms out of the water.
