Why do we put salt and pepper in EVERYTHING?
Know what I mean?
it doesn't matter what it is that you're cooking, S&P applies. what happens when you don't add S&P? less salty and less peppery right? We can't possibly want everything to be S&P'ery... So is there SOMETHING ELSE? Stoner thought... |

I LOVE PEPPER!!
I use fresh ground pepper on most things (except sweet things...) but I never use salt.. We don't even have 'table salt' in our house. I like to use alot of fresh herbs and garlic or "Swiss Joes" It's a salty spice made and sold only in saskatchewan. Really tasty =D |

they are both simple spices that ENHANCE and add flavour, not over power the simple taste of food.
always season ur protein like meats fish and such, salt draws out a certain moisture in protein which extracts more flavour in the end result. if food is seasoned right its good. only stupid people over season their shit. AND ONLY use coarse salt and FRESH ground black pepper. |

I once bought a friend a salt and pepper shaker of two bunnies humping...kind of wish I had bought one for myself.
......never been big on the salt and pepper, but the other day I saw this fellow putting like 3 packs of salt on his pizza HIS PIZZA...who ARE YOU PEOPLE...and where do you come from. My boyfriend is an intense spicer...s & p fiend...he dedicates like 2 minutes to seasoning his fries..anything really It's intense. I should film him. |
