The Cross Joint

Has anyone tried it?
Rolled one?
I'm about to try it for the first time today, and my first attempt at rolling it:

sounds like a waste of dope to me. big ol fatties and multi bowl pipes are great ideas is theory, but in practice, you just end up losing so much dope to the wind... ive found its more efficient and conventional to smoke 2 pinners than 1 fatty, for a slower burn....

but if we are doing this for the sheer badassness of it, then sounds dope....
maybe ill try it, see whats up

The thing smoked great.

[x] hit harder than a regular joint
[x] would do it again.


Lighting it was the hardest part, but once it got going it fucked everyone up.

I might give it 1 more go in a few weeks. I'm still open to any tips anyone's willing to give me. =P

yea im with sean.... what happens if the two sides bits come to the center bit too soon? youd have yourself a lonng ass cherry and possibly a couple of bad runs....
how did that turn out?

i would assume youd use plenty of glue strips.... at least 4 or 5 glue strips....

The Middle went in a little early, not much though. Nothing was wasted. The cherry was a bit long, but not long enough to matter. When the cross section made it to the main joint, it began to burn both ways. there was roughly a ½cm between where the main joint was running to the intersection. It actually takes a few extra tokes to get the cross pieces to affect the main joint. The 2 cross pieces burn a lot slower.

If the cross section comes in too soon, it will run both directions and make the tip of your joint fall off. This was close to happening for us, but luckily didn't.

I used 3 extra Ziggy glues to hold it together.
