i think the answer is that not all girls fake it
the ones who are are not hurting anyone but themselves i can say that i have not faked it myself, usually the only reason to have sex is if you want it. if you don't want it so bad that you have to fake it then don't do it at all

Another reason chicks fake it is cuz if they laid there with the retarded look of "what the fuck is this" on their faces and didn't front sum kind of effort the guy would go tell everybody the next day that you were a complete dive in the bed cuz you didn't do anything. Unless you fall asleep, which is the ultimate diss. What chicks should do is grab a hold of the misguided fellow, and show him......if this fails FUCK IT, fake it and get it over with and change your number.
