Need help here on this vitamin that has a cross sign

Anybody hear, know, or seen of it?

It's Whitish and has a few teeny tiny very light blue specks and has a cross sign

ive had orange/pinkish crosses, theyre bunk, 3 of em get me high, but its a headrushish, woozy mellow high, dont think its e.
pop em and see what happens lol
