DXM is bad in E because i hear DXM stops the body from sweating, which can really overheat u, especially while dancing which i believe has been the problem with some deaths...

1 in 5 people do not have the thing in their body that breaks down DXM, so some people well feel the effects of DXM at a MUCH smaller dose then other people.. so be careful when doing DXM, and watch out for acetamephen or ginufisan which makes you sick at higher doses, a deturrant against abuse, so anyone reading this thread dont do it unless the only medical igrediant in the bottle is "dextramorphone hydrobromide" .... also start at low dose if its ur first time, read about it at www.erowid.org, but really dont fuck around with this shit,

pure DXM with 30mg in each gel cap. 10 in a pack

you don't need to worry about all those other chemicals in certain cough syrups and shit

But I'm loving how everybody's passing themselves off as drug experts without providing any references. So far as I know, E causing brain damage has only been proven in rats and even then it wasn't the brain rather the spinal cord. And this DXM causing brain damage thing is interesting as I've never heard anything like that. Care to provide a journal article or something like that?

the brain damage thing i read somewhere else back when i first heard of dxm and couldn't believe what it was... i cant seem to find that..... in that thing i posted it says brain damage is rare... the other thing i read said people using it to the 3 or 4 plateau were risking brain damage

We downed about 2/3 a bottle of no name brand "DM" around 8 or 9pm
WORST NIGHT EVER!! I really felt it after half an hour, felt so fucking nauseas and on the verge of the runs at the same time so I couldn't decide whether to run to a bathroom or continue throwing up.

that happened to me the first time too. i've realized that u need to down a lot of liquid with the syrup, either as a chaser or whatever.

do u realize how much DXM it would take to get me on a third or fourth plataeu? i weigh 68 kilos approx. 3rd is 7.5mg/kg to 15mg/kg which comes out to... 510mg to 1020mg. theres 300mg of DXM in every 100mL bottle. thats like 2 to 3 bottles of cough syrup.

^^if u can find caps, go for 'em. ppl think that for cough syrup to work it has to coat the throat or come in contact with ur lungs somehow... which is completely false. get the caps.
