Well first off only take like 2-4, and stay hyderated, drink lots of water and mix it up a bit, have a water, then an iced tea or gatorade, if you keep drinking water all night and in the morning you will feel sick, so mix it up, but dont drink pop.
After a rave, give yourself some alone time, dont go chill at a beach for 6 more hours feeling like shit. I tend to go to a subway, grab a 6'' even though you prolly feel like a 3'' grab the 6'', eat it, and wash it down with a water or gatorade.
Go home and sleep, wake up and you will be alright.
