I dunno, I have with my mom a few times and she's a hardworking professional with an important position in the community and you'd probably never suspect that she even would...as long as it doesn't take over your life at that point in time and it's recreational and/or occasional then I don't see it being really pathetic.

well my mom is 37 almost 38 she has a really good job, single mom supporting 3 kids, so i think ur wrong, she is under 40 but shes almost there.

where is the option for "my parents don't smoke weed anymore" ?
they were pretty big chronics in their time (from what i have heard). my mom would grow her own in the backyard. but this was all before they had kids. they're past that stage now.

because some social situations call for you to drink. most older people only drink socially... how many 50 year olds do you know that sit around by themselves and get completely pissed?

i dont see it being any different if you are smoking weed. if you are gonna blaze once and a while with a couple of friends then whatever... but its kinda pathetic if you are sitting around by yourself getting really ripped. i just think that if you are 50 and you havent grown out of getting really fucked up all the time/by yourself then there is a problem.

my roomate kristain's mom smokes weed and loves the hash... occasionaly we get a huge ball of hash to share at the appartment.
