Dantrium

so the other day i was at work and suddenly i felt burning pain across my ribs below my shoulders. it hurt so bad i couldn't take a deep breath without serious pain.
since i don't have a doctor north of mexico and south of the 49th, i started rooting around in the medicine cabinet at work. let me refresh, i work in a racing stable, so i was digging for the appropriate horse meds to use.
i found a bottle of the muscle relaxant Dantrium.
i know my assistant trainer has taken it and i know it's safe.
my boss advised me to only take 1/4 of a pill.
so i tried, with my unsteady hands, and i think i wound up eating half a pill.

holy freaking god.

i woke up for work the next morning and i still couldn't walk. i guess this shit lasts for up to 18 hours.
good lord. racehorses are difficult to handle at the best of times.
i didn't sober up until around 10am.

but my back didn't hurt.

anyone else have any experience with this stuff?
