Lots of local smoke shops carry Dark Leaf bongs, which are pretty much exactly the same as Roor bongs... same materials, similar designs, etc (and much cheaper)

if you guys go do any research on glass on glass bongs in general, you'll see that roor is the industry leader for a shitload of reasons.

and yea, locally there are some companies that produce some glass on glass, but i didn't want some guy's knock off glass. it's not a coincidence that these "other" companies are making bongs that look damn near identical to a roor. i wanted the best of the best, in a one off custom.

it's like the 5g ball of budder(dakine) i picked up. 3bills. but worth it. there's lots of noob/cheap/ghetto/whatever potheads who would shudder at anything at 60/g. even a good buddy i had who was doubting the potency, was floored after. he compared it to acid. this is a 40 something grown ass man who has literally more experience with mj then i have been alive.

but it's also the finest and most potent mj extract currently known on the planet. ya get what you pay for.

Exactly, Roor is the world leading brand, it' just different smoking a roor than any other bongs, there is the Roor Effect hehe
That bong looks fucking sweet, my friend has the ICe master 5.0 but it doesn't look as good by far. In Berlin you can get a little sista for 90 euros, which is pretty cheap for a Roor....

Not shitting on your Roor man, just saying that you can get good quality glass on glass locally, and it will do the exact same job. My friend has a dark leaf that's nearly identical to yours functionally, except on the bottom it has a nice bulbous chamber for the water (yes, he does have notches for ice). The funny thing is that his bong/bowl would be compatible/interchangable with your bong/bowl because all these glass on glass bongs use standard scientific glass connectors (you could hook up your bong to a chemistry set and make a bong of virtually unlimited chambers). Your bong is nice and all name-brand, but when it all comes down to it, a Dark Leaf with the same design will work just the same. (not to discount your imported bong 1337-ness)

little tidbit: 'Roor' literally means 'tube' or 'pipe' in a lot of european languages (the type of pipe that runs water through your house, as opposed to a 'smoking pipe')

Are you talking about the commercial dakine (before it got raided)? Or that new one in Abbotsford? (don't know anything about that dakine) I agree on the budder though. if you buy a gram of budder, it's gonna last you much longer than a quarter of bud, for roughly the same price.
