Like I stated before... the phone is going to waste by sitting here and no one using it so obviously we'd rather see someone get use out of it rather than paying the payments every month for nothing.

He made it out like she was doing something wrong or trying to rip people off which wasn't the case at all. At the time the thread was posted the phone was practically brand new and if somebody bought it they would have bin saving quite a bit considering the cost of the warranty.

I personally think a brand new unit like that is worth about $100 with the contract, btw...I don't think it's actual value is at issue here.

It came across like he knocking her for trying to sell it for too much. Otherwise he wouldn't have mentioned that 60 dollars is a good deal like 150 isn't. When in reality 150 was a good deal 60 is just much better.

Actually, how about this...if you still have it mid-late-january, I'll take the just the handset for $150...not best case scenario for you, but it'll go pretty far towards cancelling the contract at least, or you can put a regular phone onto the contract and just use it for that.
