the last of my xbox stuff

I just found some new games. everything from before is gone:

Splinter Cell - DA - $10
Fear (the original) $10

Rock band 360 gear & game - $80.00

Now that I have the ps3 version, i have two sets of drums laying in my small-ass apartment.
The guitar.. is fucked. it's a piece of shit.
The drums, familiarity to playing the drums throughout my lifetime.. I dont beat the shit out of them, I actually know how to hit a snare drum properly. Therefore, the drums are in perfect working order.
The game is mint, no scratches,
the mic.. who know's, never tried it.
both game and equipment come in its original box.

you would have to pick it up, i live in yaletown.

any reasonable offer would be accepted as well.

BUT

buying the broken xbox.. i'm not going to give a refund.
That's why I wanted to sell it somewhere else. The warranty is more than voided now.
there is noticeable damage to the outside of the xbox, fortunetly, the inside of the xbox is protected by a huge ass metal casing. So none of the motherboard got damage while trying to fix it.

if only they incorporated the cover system from Rsix into that game. It would be my favourite game ever.
