Moving out, Need room mate/cheep Bachalor or 1 bedroom

I am looking to move out of North Van, and I am looking to move to the South Burnaby (Metrotown)/New West/Or even Surrey area *Cringe*. I am looking to pay about $400-$500 for rent + utils. If you need a roommate, I am neat, Tidy, Independent, and fun. I work Full Time, so I won’t always be they’re buggin ya. Cable would be cool, and ADSL would be cool too, and I wouldn’t mind sharing the cost... cuz I am tired of my stupid Dial up. Or if you are planning to move out, let me know. I want to be move out for Sept/Oct at the latest. Any way, yea... thanx!

my friends bachalor pimp crib is only like 520 in new west, if you want a roomate you can afford a two bedroom no doubt.
