Music Production Lessons for Web Design
Hello, I'm ill-esha.
Besides a recording arts diploma from CDIS, I've also been producing music, playing instruments and records, and teching sound and computers for years. I have built my own recording studio, where I currently produce and engineer music and postproduction sound for film and TV. Anyways, I really need to rebuild my personal website (for DJing, production, and the many other things I do). I am looking for a web designer who might want to learn a thing or two about audio production at my studio, I'll trade you hour for hour if you help me. What I need: Basic splash page with sections: News, Bio, Resume, Upcoming, Gallery, Music/Projects, Contact. -resume section needs to have three separate sub-sections, DJ, Audio Production and Multimedia -music/projects section will have DJ mixes, previews of tunes I've made, and the projects section will have artists I've worked with or am developing. I don't think it's really that big a project, I just want something that looks nice, preferably from someone whose design tactics were more -oh, let's use a metaphor- drum n bass than hard house, and yeah. I can teach you lots of things. I've got a great microphone selection, a two-room studio with iso booth with treated walls, hardwood flooring, Cubase SX hard-disk-based recording system, Tascam 1884 firewire digital mixing console, lots of goodies like compressors and synths, and.. yeah. Contact me to find out more, preferably NOT via private message but at [email protected] Thanks! |
