all xboxes are in bundles right now, either crystal xbox w/ fable & crimson skis for 250

the other bundle, black xbox w/ amped/topspin that's like 220

i saw a 'normal' xbox, no games for 200 at blockbuster

X-Box destroys ps2. I was the biggest fan of PS One but when Microsoft entered the market they really did a good job. The load times are sweet. Besides if you do a little researching the X-Box's hardware can be modified to achieve some great things.

well to my understanding ps3 was supposed to come out in 2007. But some guy at work said no it is now coming out after e3. I was confused and didn't believe. I went down to my usual store in richmond and the owner had confirmed it. Weird. iono we'll see

my understanding is that it will be unveiled at e3, but won't be scheduled for production or release for at least another year after that.

Apparently there was an announcmenet recently (past few days or so) that stated that the Xbox2 would be hitting shelves fourth quarter of 2005.

If you like playing oldschool games like stuff for the NES/SNES/Genesis, I'd vote Xbox. You can do a softmod of the harddrive and use emulators.

It's evil and I've been sucked in by Bust A Move for the SNES. :)

you dont need mod your xbox to play nes/snes/genesis emulators

you can download them from the interweb

I know you can get nes emus

but the best one for snes: znes9x

and genesis: Kgen and genecyst

get both because one doesnt play north american titles well and the other one doesnt play japanese titles well.

Get a PS2, and get GTA: San Andreas. I tryed both consoles and I like PS2 way better, the XBOX controller sucks!!! PS2 has so many wicked games, like Need For Speed Underground: 2, WWE Raw Vs. Smackdown, Tony Hawk Underground: 2, etc... Also the PS2 controller is so easy to use.

Look in The Buy and Sell, for cheap consoles.

that shit is so whack. how many people do you know that have 2 controllers for a pc? i don't know any. even if you did, playin in front of a pc is shit. it's all about 2+ players. what good is all the nes/snes games if you only play by yourself? so xbox is the pimp for emulators imo.
