Roommate needed May 1st!
Wassup people!
Well my roommate has finally decided to move out so it looks like I got a room available to someone who wants it. It is a HUGE basement suite near West 14th and Oak street. Rent will be at most $652.50/mo + utilities. There are no dogs allowed in the apartment and the landlord prefers that you aren't overly loud. There are just a few minor things that I'm looking for in a roommate: You have to be clean. No smoking in the house. I don't care if you smoke outside but I have bad lungs and smoke really screws with my breathing. You have to have either a full time job or some method of paying all your bills. I have had deadbeat roomies before and I refuse to pay for them. You can't be a racist, homophobic, or sexist...I am too old and have no patience for that kind of bullshit. A few people have had cats in the apartment I think no dogs or birds though...goldfish are cool, and sea monkeys...hee hee...
