Hi. I work for bell mobility and they are hiring CSR'S. It's easy to move up within the company once you have mastered the role.

Basically, they want you to have some experience in customer service of any sort (tho call centre experience is a good shoe in).

They treat their employees really well here, starting wage increases once training is completed (6 weeks). They offer full benefits and stock options.

What are the hours like?

^ hrs of operation are 7am to 9pm monday to friday and 8am to 6pm saturdays. Not open sundays or stat holidays. You can expect to get a whole wide range of shifts when you first start.

For training, it's usually regular hrs (8:30-4:30).

I work out at Stream and want out ASAP. I've got the call center + shitloads of other customer service and public education experience, all references will be positive, etc.

Starting wage is 14.01, that is for your six weeks of training. When you complete training I believe you advance to 16 something an hour.

Full benefits are paid in full by the company, and you're eligible for them the day you begin.

Have you had a job where you worked with the public? Just write your resume in a way that emphasizes that and talk about how great you are with people when you get the interview.
