Myra I just want to clarify full benefits -- is it 100% health and dental? Do you know what company they use? I am interested however currently I'm paid more to do a similar job, but would like to move over to mobility.
Is this a union position?

Just out of curiosity are these positions for Inbound or Outbound CSRs? Are you guys just looking for CSRs to do cold-calling to expand Bell's client database. In my mind CSR is customer service so I'm guessing this is mostly inbound. Outbound is normally sales? At least with all the companies I've worked for.

Basically, they want you to have some experience in customer service of any sort (tho call centre experience is a good shoe in).

They treat their employees really well here, starting wage increases once training is completed (6 weeks). They offer full benefits and stock options.

hm, kind of interested. i have almost a year call centre experience and more cust. serv experience from before. and i can make it as early as 7am for sure..
