ROOMATE WANTED. richmond area raver house.

me, matt (crack_dragon) and amanda (-i_am-da) are in need of a new roomate for as soon as possible.

RENT: 260$ + util and bills (internet etc) (about 320$/month total)

no cable or landline. no plans on getting either
barely any furniture.. but the floor is comfy anyways + big pillows
we do have internet tho! :)

we are looking for anyone who is easy going, has a steady source of income (we will not cover rent for you if you cant!!)

ABSOLUTLY NO PERMA-SKETCHY, DRUG FIENDING ADDICTS WHO CUSS LIKE SAILORS

THE PLACE: richmond location. aprox arvida and #4 road. partial house. downstairs is rented to an older man with absolutly no access to our space.
the house is gorgeous. im in love with our living room. heh
huuuuge high roofed wooden planked with beams. windows covering the entire wall. fireplace, big open sprawling area...
oh. an the rest of the house is nice too..
3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, soon-to-be-sewing/whatever room, wrap around 2nd level balcolny, 2 washrooms (one in currently occupied master bedroom, one shared)
well kept house.
one bus to richmond center.

lots of random closet space around the house, lots of room + street parking

laundry + dryer inc
no pets..
no smokers, unless you smoke outside

YOU: will get your own room (imagine!!). must be decently clean for sanitary reasons.

The catch is, you must be a kandi kid. ok. maybe not kandi kandi. but a raver none the less.
club events (so i guess it helps to be legal age, eh?) and raves... we will drag you out.
we dont care if plur is dead. you better damn well be plurcore!!! ;)

WE: enjoy loud music, weekend bingeing, friends, quiet times and sketching together.

there is also a massive backyard with a rundown garden.
