me and my ex have a dog and my heart was broken when we lost her for a full day... so anyone who puts time and effort and finds this cat will get 200 from me for the good deed , on top of whatever reward shes offering

PS I hope no-one on here is getting the impression that I don't give a shit that there's a lost kitty out there. That is always the pits. I just find it really fucking gross that some guy is trying to wave $$$ around and involve himself in the whole affair when it's not his business to do anything other than what I'm about to do, which is offer my condolences and hopes that Miss Marz finds her cat again.

i don't know anybody on here that would be friends with a dork like you, so i don't know how many boyfriends you've had or whatever... so i won't even go there...

and another thing... the 200 was just an incentive to get people to go out and look for the cat.. and you're damn right i would do it again, assuming my books are right and i have a little bit of disposable income, because i hate seeing people lose their pets and i would hope people would help me find mine if i ever lost her... not ALL guys are creeps... and if i wanted to hit on miss marz i would have done it when i saw her standing outside of tokyo lounge...

Why are you so intent on proving someone else's motive when you are not that person? Does everyone have to think or act like you, or in whatever way you think a stereotypical person in his situation should act?

No, it's not his business to involve himself in the situation, but he is offering something more than mere words. With an extra $200 reward, I'm pretty sure some people will be more motivated to keep their eyes open for the cat. And the offchance the person who snatched the cat reads this, it might entice him/her to give it back for the reward.

I never said no one cared about the situation. Again, with the assumptions. It's obvious everyone who posted in this thread is hoping the cat is returned to the owner.

So why do you think rewards are offered for stolen/lost items in the first place?

Someone may read a lost cat poster and actually spot the cat, but may not make the effort to track it down and return it to the owner, mind you catching a cat isn't the easier job. But with a reward, there is a higher chance the person will follow through.

If people freak out from not being able to use a 35cent coupon at a grocery store, I'm sure some people would be more inclined to keep their eyes open for a $200 cat.
