my physics prof from sfu brought in his guitar for one of his classes and sung us a physics song with almost all of the formulas/equations we needed to know for his final exam. It was quite impressive...wasn't too coooooooky, but sure made sense...plus he was freakin hilarious =)

My History teacher played the banjo and sang old songs about confederation in Canada to help us remember names... it's freaking weird but awesome at the same time. Which campus are you at?

Yeah the teachers at sfu are quite... out there for the most part. Makes coming to class interesting to say the least, but at the same time, the teacher that just lectures, gives you the notes and calls it a day are nice as well.

^I love teachers like that..but I prefer the ones that are more one on one..you learn more that way if you don't get their explanations the first go round

YEah SFU and UBC are kind of big for that... that's what I miss really about high school, isthe one on ones with teachers. I had a few teachers I was really close with in highschool who I still visit once in a while

Went yesterday to check this out and it was pretty good. The plasticized circulatory system was prob the more interesting of the exhibits imo. The bodies in diff action positions were neat but at first they really didnt look all that real.
The more disturbing parts were the baby fetus exhibit and the guy holding his skin... all in all though it was worth the money to see.
