Its also about being able to say no. Regardless of if you have 500 bucks on you or 40 you should be able to dictate how much you spend and drink.
I've gone with 100 bucks in my pocket and only spelty like 30 or 40 bucks. Until you get to this point though it may be wise to take a little break cause it seems you leave with 0 bucks no matter how much you came with. This is not a healthy way to live my friend. Take a little break. Go get into the habit of being able to conserve your money and not going full out and spending it all. Once your able to do this going out to shows and such will be alot more enjoyable because you won't always be hammered and more importantly you won't always be broke. |

Eh, I stopped going out and I don't regret making that decision at all.
There comes a point when doing certain things is just not fun to you anymore, and you notice you're not treating your body, your mind or your wallet nicely. I like waking up on weekends not hungover and feeling like shit with the time and energy to actually go out and do things. I know it's hard not to have the support of your friends when you're making a decision like this, especially when you are young, but you have to realize that ultimately this decision is one made by you and for you, and that is what matters. Your true friends are going to be there for you no matter what. I would expect a good friend will respect your decision not to go out and party just as you respect their decisions to go out and party. |

I suppose spite will be my greatest motivation. Farewell to those who doubt me. You're part of the problem.
I've asked my boss if I can take up the weekend shifts and work 7 days a week. My job is more like hanging out anyways, and with the extra money I'll be able to afford to move out closer to my work.. and most importantly alone. If that doesn't work out, my coworker thinks she can score me a second job at her other job. Big ting's a brewin'. |

arts is a real good thing to get into. i used to be very much into them, but now never have time to enjoy them like i used to. would very much like to find an alternative to partying as well every now and again.
