My contract is over as of today and my job hunt has not gone as well as I had hoped! As of this very moment Shawn has entered Stressville!!

If anyone knows of anywhere that's hiring drop me a note! I would be eternally grateful!!!

Off I go to do more hunting....

Well I've been working in IT as an Inventory Analyst/Purchaser/Project Assistant for the past two years so I'd like to stay in the office admin field if possible but I've also got plenty of construction skill to fall back on if need be.

Bottom line is that I work hard and I want to pay my mortgage :)

Well, if you need to fall back let me know. My dad is a contractor and always looking for people to come do work from time to time. I can put in a word for you if you need to.

on the other hand, i'm leaving this week for my winter work.
this year sounds like it'll be a road trip with my pony horse.
i leave for portland on thursday (or at least my horse leaves on thursday)
my boss here is situating me in a hotel with 5 racehorses and my pony at the track, i'll probably work there for 2 or 3 weeks (until i'm fed up with the rain) then i'll head to southern california.
i have no idea what track we'll go to, although i want to go to Los Alamitos or Pomona. and from there i'll be heading to my sweet babys place in phoenix for the rest of the winter like last year!

i can always hook up the track jobs but i doubt that's what you want.

i didnt know what job sean was in before hand..and the restaurant industry is a quick "in between jobs" job. With experience the pay in the kitchen is pretty high, + really good tips, especially working in downtowns biggest lounge.
