Now idiots, don't play practical jokes on them, they're getting paid to do this (but pennies, literally). Don't hit on them, don't call them names, but DO challenge them.

Search something generic, then search with a guide. Once you get a live person, ask something very complex.

For example, my search term was "the middle ages"

When asked specifically what I wanted:

You: I am specifically looking for the religious imbalance of judaeo-christian religions and islam during the time period.
You: I need something referencing Islam...our professor said there was a specific king that chose Christianity over Islam as the major religion for Europe only because it permitted alcohol consumption, therefore I'm trying to find specifically the conflict build-up betwenn judaeo-christianity and islam before that decision was made.
