baby in the freezer

hope it´s not a re post....
Anyway this 21 year old guy was watching his gf´s kid and the baby did have a fever.... instead of giving medicine or calling for help, this monster of intelligence put the baby in the freezer to cool it down.
There are some crazy people all over the world

This is where my idea that there should be some sort of licensing for reproduction... WAY too many stupid people having children in the planet.
