Well I have wieghts and a pool in my building that I use so all I need is classes. I've noticed a lot of places offer a range of services for one very expensive price ($100+/month). Price wise I want something cheap, maybe $40/month?
I was looking at this http://www.taoist.org/english/about_taoist.php and thought it sounded pretty cool. It doesn't sound like much cardio is invloved though. I've heard lots about Jiujitsu and it sounds great but I'm not going to spend big bucks on this at all. |

Email my buddy Ayron Howey - http://www.shouyuliang.com/instructo...on_howey.shtml
[email protected] He's also a certified personal trainer and so if it's shape you're wanting to get in, he can definitely put together a program. |

I had a flyer here, but i doubt its cocoon. It's got a pic of a tiger and says MMA on it.
Jujitsu is fun, i took it for 2 years while taking taekwondo, deffinitely one of my favourites. Mixed with taekwondo, One of the bartenders at work took ninjitsu for 3 years. That man is deadly. |

Are you wanting a matial arts class to learn self defence as well? Because a good cardio workout and one thats alot of fun to learn is Capoeira. Its alot of fun. Helps alot with cardio, and is definatly excellent and building on balance. It wouldnt be the best for building core strength, but it does help and will build on it. Helped me out with balance when I was dancing, and Im sure it would help you with snowboarding. Classes are not on a strict schedual or anything like that, so you can do it pretty much anytime you have spare time. As for costs however, Ive looked around and the vary alot. So depending on where you are the costs are going to be different it seems. But I dont see if being too pricey, espically compaired to some other martial arts classes. But I could be wrong on that one. |

Down here seems to be a little different in prices. Still well worth the costs I thought. |
