i wouldnt boil em.... just fry em defrosted. helps to have a restaurant style conventional fryer to do it tho... deep frying at home is a bitch so i don't even bother
i've heard that corn starch when fried remains crispy longer than flour... but either or works fine. i usually just use flour and water mixed in with some salt, black pepper, and 5 spice. chopped green onions are definetly a must too after tossing the cooked fried chicken in sauce... just sprinkle the chopped green onions on top. |
