Losing Weight!!!!
I know ive wrote this many times in the what makes me smile thread. BUT I FEEL FUCKING AMAZING. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOT
Running, Excersizing, Eating Right, Losing Weight. :) Ill look for a before and after picture if i can, but WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. :) :) :) Im down 50 lbs from the beginning of summer. Recently started running daily, once in the morning, once at night. feels great. also a good stress reliever. |

Nice man! Seriously, keep it up.
Post a before and after pic, that would be wicked. And remember... giving it TIME is the key. Don't give up too early on. Your results are going to fluctuate (it's the law of losing weight) and sometimes you might have bad weeks but don't let that bring you down. :) |

umm, well school for starters and working lots, so im always busy and dont really have time to get bored and munch.
eat a healthy diet, making sure i get lots of protein, fruits and veggies...i only drink skim milk, water, tea(no sugar) and sometimes grapefruit juice. when it comes to carbs, eating high in fiber carbs... and working out as much as possible...or as much as time permits...i try to go to the gym, run or do a workout video(or something) 5-6 days a week for at least an hour, but 2 hours is nice if i have the time |
