It's the States..ZERO Tollerance on Alchol and Drug related charges..ghotta be 21 to drink in the states..Bottom line the parent are resopnsible for all the kids that attended..Just like you company christmas dinner or what not..if you drink and drive from a company party and crash you company id liable for damages.

You must be going to different company parties than me. At the last one I went to, two different people got so drunk they fell down and face-planted.

One face planted in front of the bar, on the hardwood floor, which he proceeded to bleed all over while people tried to help him up.

The other fell over outside while talking to friends.

So they both looked like jackasses on non-consecutive occasions.

And there was way more than "2 people drunk", there were just only two people falling over. That I saw, anyways.
