WIND STORM WARNING IN EFFECT


Please be advised that Environment Canada, has issued a wind storm warning for the Greater Vancouver area commencing late this afternoon. The winds are expected to travel between
50 – 80 KM/H.

i grew up in edmonton till i was 10... i remeber it being pretty cold.. but i dont think it ever it the -40's ...yikes!

just got back home from the ride back from chilliwack to abbotsford... what a ride... I thought my windshield was going to cave right in.... Right now I am seeing the most awesome thing though which is another system moving towards abbotsford but aside to that its clear skies.... beautiful yet destructive.....

I used to live in northern BC where it would drop below -40 (without windchill) for around a week in January every year. At -40 the buses would stop running so the schools wouldnt take attendance and we'd get the day off.
