Do you know the laws of your job? I don't work in a call center. There are laws that go with my job. I can loose my licence if I don't follow said laws. I could get fined or put in jail depending on what province I'm calling when I fuck up. I take you just work in a call center then?

I could recite the FDCPA. (google time!) I was working in a call center , collecting student loans when I was 18. lol I work directly under the Ministry of Finance and Revenue Canada. I sub contract between three different major agencies in Ontario that hold US accounts. Im internationally licenced (france and germany) and I have a FULL canadian and FULL American collectors license. ( to be fully licensed in canada LEGALLY in every province costs about 1200. ) I have my LLQP , CPH and CSC across North America. I have a recently passed UFE , junior CA , and a bachelor's degree in science..and within 2 years I'll be going for my MBA. Oh and I have a licence to reposess , and I've been a garnishee for CIBC in their head office in Toronto....Oh and I havent collected less than 250 thousand working for the gov't , each month. Im well aware of the job , the legalities , and alllll the other loopholes in between that they dont tell you call centre folk about. If i knew 4 years ago , what I know now about the industry , I woulda been a fuckin superstar. But thank you for the attempt at making a snide remark. :) PS . Your attitude reminds me SO much of a CBCL worker.....*shakes head*...

my 2 cents: you shouldn´t always try to justify yourself when other ppl type something against you and by attacking them with insults you give them a reason to keep doing it.

I think it's awesome you want to stick up for your girlfriend but when she is saying personal things that hit close to home to some people that have known you and been good friends longer than she has, it has to make you think. I'm all for sticking up for yourself, but there's tons of better ways to do it without causing things to escalate to a ridicilous level. I think it's time to think about that because this would be a shitty thing to get in the way of a good friendship.
