^^ I dunno, with no snow in toronto last time i checked...

Tons of Warm Ocean fuelled wind storms, weird cold moments followed by hot moments that melt all the snow, 1/4 less stanley park scenery and a broken BC place you might not miss it as much :\

It's about half the size of Vancouver (population approx 1 million). It does have the feeling of it being smaller because theres something called the Greenbelt that wraps around the city. It cuts off some of the newer suburbs from the rest of the city development wise. Theres still main roads that go through it.

Edit: oh, and that north side of the river, is actually Quebec. That doesn't count.

Greenbelt sounds nice though...

Burnaby would be the closest thing to that in van and in my opinion its the nicest part of the entire city besides stanley park for natural beauty
