Japanese aerobics...
So my friend Celina was on youtube, and for some reason searched Japanese Aerobics. This is one of the best aerobics routines I've ever seen, and they teach you English while you work out. You have to give it a minute or two and see some of the "common phrases" that any aspiring Japanese person needs to know when learning to speak English...

weird, the version I saw a while ago actually had a dramatization of the girl getting robbed by two men. (and then it cut to the aerobics)
