^mmmm yeah plantain chips are awesome! Especially if you dip them in spicy mayo/aioli. Yam fries are definitely up there, but I HATE it when they're soggy.

The ferries now serve sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo - it makes the ferry ride much more bearable. lol :)
