naw man, the media is kinda creating a marylin monroe for this generation.
i understand completely. her life was pretty infamous and her sudden death,combined with the death of her son,marrying that billionaire, and this whole bizzaro legal battle of her daughter is pure housewife tabloid fodder worth its weight 10 times over in gold..... who ever gets the rights to produce the anna nicole smith story will cash in huge. |

It's also on every magazine cover, and several articles in various newspapers... skip over the atricle and read something else, but I guess that concept is as well just too hard for people (read: americans) to understand. The Canadian media isn't paying as much attention to this as say CNN is

sure its sad she died, but why is this being covered on a national scale? with all do respect to whoever deserves it, there are far more interesting people who have accomplished much more in the 'real world' that die every second without a spit of recognition..
a waste of television i think, but then again what isnt?! |
