Smithe Street is apparently closed between Seymour and Richards. This happened at 5am this morning. Anyone in the area know anything?

I live half a block away on Seymour, I was sleeping and did not hear anything.

Yah, I know what happened..

This nammer guy walked by this brown guy at The Republic.. and they both had the same murse.... so obviously one of them had to be taken out
