Mixing with Vinyl > CD Mixing, Laptop Mix & iPod Mixing for obvious reasons. Mixing with an alalogue format is just much more functional that trying to work with digital formats.
Having said that, you all need to have a collectively unbunching your panties and realize three things: 1. Vinyl is fucking expensive. 2. Nobody is going to take sombody mixing on one of those things seriously. 3. Mix Master Mike started mixing with a pair of tape decks. Aspiring DJs have to start somewhere, and that thing is as good a place as any. |
