Oh SNAP! Steve Jobs said WHAT?
During some long forgotten interview Steve Jobs said "I mean Picasso had a saying, he said 'Good artists copy, great artists steal'. And we have always been shameless about stealing great ideas..."
Video On YouTube The video was originally posted to YouTube and was taken down during the last batch of DCMA takedowns. Turns out the original copyright holder (the station that did the interview) never requested that the video be removed, nor are they affiliated with any Viacom company (the instigators of the last batch of DCMA takedowns). So what gives? Is it just a coincidence that damaging evidence against Apple in their multitude of copyright cases just happend to get removed from YouTube? ________________________________________ ______________ PS: Snyx, can we get support to embed flash videos (YouTube or otherwise)? Here's a mod that'll allow it through BB code |

The difference between Apple and other companies is that Apple tends to take the idea and implement it better than anyone else. Other companies tend to try and add more and more useless features and make things more complicated.
Microsoft has stolen a shitload from Apple and Apple has stolen ideas from other companies such as widgets. It's a very circular thing, I don't care who steals from who as long as it makes our user experience better. Unfortunately M$ tends to not implement those ideas all that well. Quote:
