favorite artists/style~?
whooo's art do u guys love? and what's ur fav style?.. pop art, impressionist, surreal, etc... ???

my all time fav is lauren harris~ in the group of seven.. his philosophy of art and life is just great, I love him...
others I admire are dali, escher, monet, kadinski(sp?!) and currently I'm likin aaron jasinski's pop paintings~ like the disco blues~ :)

through hollow lands.. i really like this one...

actually i found out bout the artist through deviantart, when I was scrollin round the main page after having looked at your personal page breezy...

love the colors... mm very satisfying...

yokoooos~ you should join deviant art... it's a great artsy forum for art/poetry and u get awesome feedback on ur work! :)

I like that painting too... it's sad though, the colours are so melodramatic~ I like his brighter ones :).. but he's def got skill in working with colour.. I'm not so good once I get into the values of pigments/colours~ but I'm workin on it :)

I've been reading a lotta picasso's art as well...... his philosophy was intense but beautiful~ classical art, a VERY fine balance between L and R.

bebu*funfun will become famous soon enough
i had a lil project on jasinski's stuff last year... awesome style and paitings. i luv the color use! i wish i can paint that well! even this style is very unique.. hes for sure an artist i look up to. hmmmm im really digging the pop art rite now. AHHH countdown to emily carr portfolio day..im SO scared!

^I love fashion surrealism... like dali's work reminds me of that.. the melting time and all that, he's got some neat ideas with all the metamorphosis, and escher's surreal work is neat as well... very mathimatical though.. eep

twiggy post some of sigismondi's work if you could please and thank you.. whenever u get a chance :)

alot of people think he was into drugs and thats were he got his inspiration from ....
but he actually just had chronic migraines so bad they caused hallucinations
