my car accident
I never really mentioned this to ya'll but yah. Here it is,
The night before my party "Return of the Vibe", it was my REAL bday! A perfect night with good weather. Right when 12 o' clock hit, i was driving along Kingsway from Studio 54 after Mobias and Erf from the 'Prime Time' hip hop show on 96.1fm greeted me including my cuzin rodney..I had picked up some ticket money...I was going to Stan's (uhoh) house to drop off some tix, and what do you know...As i was driving on the right lane, and another car was on the left lane, this individual decided to swerve and cut right in front of me! this was a last second decision to turn right onto nelson. When i hit him as he was cutting right, the idiot decides to swerve back left onto kingsway once again. Without a signal, without a blind spot check, he cuts me off, then swerves back. Alcoholic much! I stated my claim the next morning of June 1st on the day of my party. After a horrid night of sleep, and ruining my bday feeling, i find out that this guy lied like crazy and blamed the accident on me and said that i rear ended him! Luckily i had a witness that night, and my only hope, my witness had his story kinda off and not congruent to mine. ICBC is now investigating the whole incident, and i have to wait for the results! There's no way that i deserve to pay for this! .. Shit, i'll take this dude to court if i have to. Sounds easy, but ICBC really pisses me off. I have had many other bad experiences with them. um...*hugz*..eh....feel better, k?? ya, ICBC can be a real bitch. I was in an accident...hmmm....over 7 years ago, and ICBC just finished dealing with the claim. like, last week. awww, i really hope you feel better and i hope you enjoyed your b-day despite the alcoholic retard that ruined your night. good luck with your claim!! liza

If you're young, male, and azn, you're fucked. ICBC is a real bitch when it comes to those stats. Here's some proof. My friend had actual proof in the bag that it was this other person's fault, and icbc wouldn't accept the evidence. Even though it was clear cut that he was in the right!!!! Good luck.... ^^
