liberty yogourt (yogurt, yoghurt)

this has got to be the tastiest yogourt in canada. it's made by our french friends in good ol' quebec and does not contain any of the BS ingredents that a lot of other yogourts contain (ex: carrageenan, guar gum, agar, etc).

my favorite flavors so far are peach/passion fruit and (organic) maple.

hmmm i shall try this.. im not a big yogurt fan, but im trying to eat better. froggy you know your foods..ill trust you on this one!

bev, if you're trying it eat better pick up the organic ones as they are way lower in M.F. (milk fat) than the non-organic ones (2% vs 8%)
