Im looking as well and have had my eye open for over a year. Hopeless and theres not a lot to choose from. Even the websites are pretty crappy for searching. Anyways the best selection ive found in van so far is North Shore Girl.

If you don't dig cardio or the gym, try yoga!
Also take a serious look at your eating habits, even becoming aware of what bad things you're eating or bad habits (ie eating a lot really close to bedtime) and trying not to do them will be a good step in the right direction. My other advice is to drink a lot of water, carry a nagelene everywhere! You should also walk absolutely everywhere you can at a really brisk pace (think moderate activity- like walking a km in less than 30 mins)...it's starting to get really nice out so that part should be super easy :) |

forgot to mention:
RUNNING (I used to hate it but now I'm obessed) Easiest way to get into it is to aim for a twenty minute jog (nothing crazy) jog two minutes on , then take it down to a brisk walk for two minutes...the more you do it the longer you'll find you can run for as opposed to walking. The key is not to stop when you feel like dieing...keeping your heart rate up will keep you burning the calories. |
