i said that in the begginig of the series, and that series was nothing less then what i expected.

vancouver finally did what they have been saying the the media after the last 2 games they lost: "we gotta stay out of the penatly box"

and they did that, plus they were finally winning the battles in the corners.

this next series vs. the ducks is going to be tough, but i firmly believe that if they can play a great defensive game and keep themselves out of the box, they will be fine.

I think we stand a great chance against Anaheim. This series is going to be just as much a 'battle of the goalies' as the last one too. I mean there are at least team differences here that weren't so apparent between Dallas and Vancouver but Luongo vs. Giguere/Bryzgalov is a great match up.

I think if the Canucks can battle it out for the first 2 games, and keep up with anaheim. They will stand a good chance the longer the series goes on.

I think the first two games in this series especially will be big. Bigger than the first two against dallas. We gotta show we can keep up with the bigger and apparently badder ducks.

Ducks ain't scoring much also though it was minny they played.

We will see if the rest helps the ducks or not. Canucks hopefully have the same jump they had in periods 2 and 3 of game 7.
