Longboard Crusin'?
The Past 2 days have been epic longboarding days. Skipping work yesterday made it possible, but i was wondering, any fnk'rs down for a weekend longboard cruise. Not doing any crazy downhill or anything,
but smoke some doobs and cruise around the seawall or something.
Or if you know better spots, where are they?

Last time I bombed a hill was in north van, it wasn't pretty.

If it's sunny sat I'm down.

No longboard though, just a sk8.

I have a regular skate board, and want to trade for a longboard.
anyone interested? It is in damn good shape, as i wasn't into falling down all the time.

(sorry for the hijack, but if i get a longboard i will join for sure!)

YES!.....Coastlongboarding is a wicked site...definatley everything you want to know about the Van Longboard community...friends of mine race, and im heading out to Danger Bay May long weekend to support them...(come out if you can!). I dont race myself (yet anyways)...but im always down for people to cruise with. There are some amazing amazing hills in New West...as well as North Van. I have a not so lovley back injury due to a certain RDS incident...so i've been a bit more hesitant then I used to be...
But still have that Bomb till bleed mentality on occasion (the weather earlyer this week.....who couldn't) I'll Cruise with ya! Im in Delta..
Haven't been to the Seawall in so long..
I really regret leaving the Longboard at home when I went to tofino.
And to Zacobious......The Demonseed....is such an epic epic board...
(I have a Rain Vice...it is quite delicious)...but Id suggest heading down to the Lonsdale Board Co. Landyachtz..
Or even Post on Coast....and see if anyone is selling a board.

Let me know when your thinking Swytch...

how much does one go for?

i have been looking around on craigslist... i'm just looking for something to cruise with... no racing... just something to enjoy the nice days with

any help would be great...

that one board, The Demonseed, looks great

Shiiiiit.. longboarding is for crazy people

This buddy of mine that works for Landyachts (or used to anyway) bombed gaglardi hill all the way from sfu and biffed the day before our camping trip to Texada last year. He had road rash on about 80% of his body so he ended up sitting in a lawn chair staring into a fire the whole time all loopy on painkillers and hippy oil.

He still had a pretty good time. I guess what Im trying to say is that longboarding is pretty cool aha.

EVO is the board for me, gotta have the drop style. This might be a lot of fun guys, tell your friends and we'll just take over a small part are we make our way around.

used to skate when I was a kid and such. Been seeing these longboards and they seem pretty cool. Might pick a board up soon.
