Anyone ever had there turntable repaired by Intellimix?

Hey all. Just curious if any of you guys ever dealt with intellimix to have a turntable repaired or any other dj equipment for that matter. I'm in warranty with my turntables and one of them decided to crap out. It appears that intellimix is some type of contracted distributor/service center for a whole bunch of brand names. It could be that I will be out of a turntable for about 3 to 4 weeks.... I'm just wondering as to how good there service is and whether if anyone had to deal with them and all...

The motor on one of my tables decided to get all screwy. Its a tt500 (I know I know..) . The reverse motor does not work (although I would never use it anyways), but the main thing that is affecting me is the fact that it sometimes drifts (slower) when your doing a pitch bend. But it only happens "sometimes" with a certain amount of pressure while pitch bending, and it really wouldn't matter as to which pitch % it would be at either....

intellimix is a large distributor for a lot of crap brands, their repairs department is slow, but its the only place you can send your stuff (in montreal i believe) to get warranty repairs done.

any repairs that you do that arent through their repair centres void your warranty.
