I had friend who told me about an accident she got in and had to fight against ICBC in court. She had a lawyer who use to work for ICBC which probably helped. If you're trying to get money out of them, best to pay the laywer a percent of what they can get for you... this should motivate the lawyer to get the most out of ICBC that they can.

there's some info in this seminar on how to deal with ICBC...it's all good intel actually presented...though I don't know how much you would find relevant. There's definetly a bit mentioned about ICBC though which may or may not help...I'd say it's worth watching though, as long as you can mind the fellow's quirky dialogue that's presenting it:

I would spend a few days researching past cases against ICBC that were of a similar nature. From there you will get a better idea of what angle to use. I would also recommend calling up the free law advice agency thing that van has, ask around there, maybe someone in the office is experienced in this regard. Although I think your best bet is looking at past cases.
