PS3 Games?!!!

so I just bought a PS3 and it came with a few games (Motor Storm, 2K8 Hockey, and Lair). Motor Storm is pretty fun and 2K8 is actually really good, minus an awkward feel to the controls. I don't think I'll even bother with Lair though as it got horrible reviews. anyway what I want to know is what are the best games out right, all genres! all I know is that Socom, GTA, and Gran Turismo are all coming out in the new year and it's on but I don't have any titles that I'm really stoked on right now. anyone?

i haven't really heard much about PS3 games. but if COD4 is out for it, its so worth it.

Most Developers are still trying to figure out the PS3 kit. I don't expect anybody will put out anything really decent for ps3-only titles until well into next year.

That being said, there's a lot of potential...

I have COD 4, EA Skate, Tiger Woods PGA 07, and Need for Speed Carbon. I don't play my PS3 that much; however, I'm addicted to my XBOX 360.

currently i got def jam icon (which is cool if you want to beat up rappers) blazing angels, rainbow six vegas and juiced two rainbow six is the best one of em.

nolan if you like shooters and have an internet hook up for your ps3, you should try out rainbow six vegas, i bought that game with my ps3 and i was surprised at how much i enjoyed it playing online is fun as hell. call of duty 4 should be good too but i havent had the opportunity to play it yet.

other titles you should consider are assasin's creed, the simpsons game and rathcet and clank they all are pretty fun, assassin's creed is probably the best out of the bunch.

you can sate your desire for GT5 with the gran turismo prologe download from the playstation store, im ranked 38 on the track with the ferrari 599gtb, try and beat me hahahaha.

im pretty much waiting for the new year as well, GT5 and the new grand theft auto are pretty high on my wishlist, i already got money down on a preorder of gta4
