I can attest to this as well. Bev told me about them years ago and i still call them up. They have tasty dishes with fresh materials and i haven't gotten violently ill from it yet so it must be a winner. I've had some great shrimp fried rice from there.

Love them because they'll deliver to hungry nurses working the night shift at the hospital.

Try the pork and shrimp wonton soup. It's my favourite dish, along with the yang chow (i think that's how you say it, but i usually just ask for the special friend rice) fried rice.

There's a menu on their website. But myra's right. You'll have to wait at least an hour for them to deliver.

I don't think YoPo Cafe delivers. And if they do, probably not outside of yaletown.

All Chinese restaurants located downtown are shit. Of course I'm Chinese so my opinion will differ from somebody who's not. For example many non Chinese people love Hons. But most of us will never step foot in there cause it is possibly one of the worst places to eat. you should stick to Japanese or something if your downtown yo.

im chinese and i think New Hong Kong Restaurant is pretty good as well. Just stick to the simple/traditional stir frys and you cant go wrong. Other than that the Noodle House on Main/Broadway is good, and if you want to go to a Chinese cafe type go to i-cafe on Heather and Broadway.

If anyone is looking for good Vietnamese, they opened a new place on Robson between Bute and Jervis called Vinada. They have a 30% off grand opening special right now. Their pho, spring rolls and tea are all very good! We were impressed. I'm happy to have GOOD pho so close (and they were open till midnight last night - a Sunday!).

(We didn't like that place on Denman, and the HoHo's on Robson that became a Fusion Wok is also not very good.)
