Yes! It's always one or the other - or today, BOTH.
At first they didn't want to let me talk to a supervisor until I reminded the CSR that she had admitted to me she knows very little about data and especially little about data roaming. That and I told them I am ready to cancel my account - but it wasn't a threat, I really was going to if they didn't fix this mess. Anyway, the supervisor fixed it - another 90 minutes of my life wasted on the phone with Rogers. Ugh.
